The OCR NVQ in Customer Service provides candidates with the skills required to provide excellent customer care in leisure and tourism, and can be applied to hundreds of job roles across many different sectors from retail to financial services and from call centres to hospitality.
Customer Service duties will vary between industries, but in most cases, experiences will involve dealing with customers in a positive, reliable and pleasant way Ė whether thatís by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints. The programme provides evidence of skills that could serve you well in virtually any industry Ė so itís a good way to move forward, even if youíre still undecided about your future career.
Training consists of:
Employment within Customer Service, with the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship framework.
Employment in Customer Service, with an opportunity to undertake an Apprenticeship Framework at Level 2 or 3.
You make an agreement with us to complete your individual learning plan, and in return, youíll get regular support from your personal Field Officer to help develop your skills, confidence and career prospects.
